What Clients Are Saying

Amy provided exceptional transition coaching for us. Our nonprofit organization was winding down operations and laying off our entire staff. Amy built a custom plan for us. She was able to authentically connect with each person and provide individual coaching, despite us having a diverse team (entry level to mid-career, co-located and remote, very different backgrounds). I would strongly recommend Amy to any company that wants to do right by their staff, especially if in difficult times.”
Mark Thomas, former co-founder, VaxTrac

Amy is a brilliant coach, who I worked with on a professional transition. She skillfully leveraged her expert communications background and created a safe and trusting environment, where I experienced real personal growth. She challenged me to move out of my comfort zone through thoughtful questioning and active guidance and she was my champion throughout the entire process. She is a great listener, thoughtful and insightful in her approach.”

— Rachel Moreno, Global Marketing Director,
Global Citizen

Over the course of our coaching relationship, Amy introduced countless tools, resources, and strategies that have enabled, and are enabling, me to grow both personally and professionally into the ever-evolving best version of myself there is.”

— Ebben Wiley Bell, international affairs manager

“What is significant about these changes is that I feel as if I have a new lease on life...I am approaching things at work with a more positive and confident attitude. I think these changes will affect me for years to come.”

—Abbey, senior-level communications professional

Amy’s compassionate style of coaching was just what I needed after a long history of being really hard on myself. She guided me to learn more about myself and my priorities, helping me gain clarity and confidence by building my self-awareness. As a recovering procrastinator, she encouraged me to come up with my own accountability goals to make sure they resonated with me. I learned how to be accountable to myself, while receiving support for my goals.”

— Olimpia Lee, professional women’s health educator

”After 30 years as a school teacher, I felt a strong energy to move in a new direction. I began meeting with Amy and discovered how beneficial having a trained, professional coach can be! Amy helped me identify my guiding values and focused on the areas of my life that I wanted to renew in a way consistent with those values. I set personally meaningful goals for which Amy has helped me be accountable. Amy has worked with me as a supportive, skillful coach, enabling me to chart my own directions in this exciting and challenging new phase of my life. During our time together, I’ve definitely come to better understand myself, some barriers that I’ve put up, and to take more positive actions toward fulfillment. Throughout, she’s proven to be a vital asset.

”I have been really fortunate to have Amy as my coach. She brought keen insight, incredible heart, objectivity, and a commitment to integrity to our sessions. Amy helped me connect personal values to my goals and create balance with work life and self-care.
— --Christy
My sessions have proved extremely valuable. I am more confident, able to communicate and take a step back and view the things that were holding me back in the past. Amy is good at providing guidance for ongoing self-reflection. She makes it very clear that the session time is ‘your time’ and, personally I feel like at that moment she is my biggest champion. I’ve found this experience very fulfilling. I feel more in control of my own direction. I’d recommend Amy to anyone who needs to crystallize direction or develop a game plan for either personal or professional success.
